As far as Mr. Holdren’s views are concerned, I personally referenced the PDF format of the textbook that this information was taken from. Not only was Mr. Holdren one of three authors of the text (leaving open the possibility that he didn’t write the section in question), but the text also points out the objectionable nature of the coercive population control methods you mentioned. In fact, the book in question advocates a moderate approach to population control to discourage foreign regimes from adopting the repressive and coercive methods you referenced. Furthermore, the text never discusses applications of these population control methods to developed countries, but only to developing/less-developed countries. Even when discussing the possible implementation of such policies in Third World settings, the text repeatedly cites the objectionable/unacceptable nature of such policies. Given these facts, and the unanimous approval that Mr. Holdren received from the Senate after rigorous confirmation hearings, I would say that the charges you have leveled against Mr. Holdren are unfounded. Have a good one!

Thanks for posting Gary. Are you concerned with Mr. Holdren’s views? Do you believe they should be buried or shouted from the rooftops since he occupies a position of significant influence in our government?

I would encourage you to calm down. I don’t want to sound offensive or anything, but I’ve been going over your website and it reads like a John Bircher tract/Glenn Beck chalkboard shpeel. I think you may have some valid concerns here and there, and I respect your efforts to call attention to such issues, but I think your cause would be far better served if you abandoned some of your more conspiratorial subject matter (current article included). The whole line about sterilants in the water supply just rings of classic John Bircher paranoia over fluoride treatments. Again, I think you are a very well-intended individual with a few persuasive arguments, but I fear that such continued conspiratorial web-spinning will simply sideline you into the ranks of irrelevance.
